Therapy in your twenties
I work with young adults dealing with stress, anxiety, ADHD, or a life transition such as a new job, a relationship change, or a move.

How I work with early adulthood
We get clear on what matters to you and take one step toward it at a time. Stress, anxiety and ADHD are common in this stage of life, and there are practical skills for all three.
I work mainly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with CBT, DBT and Internal Family Systems where they fit. Sessions are conversation with things to try between them.
Fees
$150
per 60-minute session, in person or online. Receipts for extended health benefits. A limited number of reduced-fee spots.
How it starts
- 1A free 15-minute consultation call. You describe what is going on and I explain how I would approach it.
- 2If it makes sense, a first session in person in Peterborough or online anywhere in Ontario.
- 3How often we meet depends on what we are working on, and we review it together.
Questions
- Do I need a diagnosis to come?
- No. Most people come because something feels stuck, not because they have a name for it.
- How often will we meet?
- That depends on what you are coming in for. In the first session I give you a sense of how often I suggest meeting to start, and we review it together as we go.
